Integro was started after the founders, Mark Weightman and Stephen Stewart, experienced problems with their factors. Shocked at the conduct of factors in the industry, they decided to make a change. They founded Integro, a new, energetic factoring company with integrity and customer value at its core. Learning from our experiences with factors, Integro aims to offer the full package: excellent service, proactive communication and very competitive prices.

 

Communication

Tired of only being able to talk to your factors to pay the bill? Integro is easy to reach and there will always be someone to engage in your questions. We aim to provide all the information you need. As a growing company, we will proactively ask for your opinion and we value feedback of any kind. We know what it feels like to be ignored by your property manager, and we won’t stand for it.

Price

Customers can save up to 40% with our competitive prices. Our billing system is clear and precise. To save you any excess costs, you can choose how often you would like maintenance services to be provided based on your needs.

Direct permission will be necessary to proceed with any major repairs, so there will be no surprise charges at the end of the month.

 

Quality of service

Is your staircase always dirty? Have repairs been delayed or forgotten? We have been in that position ourselves and we know how it feels. That is why Integro will always provide the highest level of service. Integro will also personally conduct quarterly inspections on all our properties.

Technology

Customers can access a website via their mobile phones to easily see the detail of invoices and make payments online.
