Integro Property Management was founded by Mark Weightman and Stephen Stewart after bad experiences with their own factors. We look after the common parts of your building, including Common Repairs, buildings insurance, cleaning and landscaping, with clear billing, proactive communication and a team you can actually reach. Our services and fees are set out in our Written Statement of Services, and we work to the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 Code of Conduct.
